The Tuttle Company has had many development success stories over the 25+ year history of the firm. Our turn-key project management services have assisted a number of companies in meeting their space needs in this area. Three years ago we were retained by The Inspiration Network to assist them in creating a new corporate campus for their present and future needs. We were involved in helping them to evaluate location options, negotiate a site contract, select the design team and oversee the design process, and subsequently to manage the construction of the new world headquarters for The Inspiration Network. This full service project management package also included negotiating tax incentives, value engineering, and financial oversight of all aspects of site and building development. Called “The City of Light”, the Inspiration Network has created a world class campus in Indian Land, S.C. to serve the needs of its international television ministries and partners.
