"Five years ago I searched for a construction project management team to work closely with me in the development of what for our organization was a significant project. Our first phase of development represented a $70 million investment. When I met the team of Skip, Jason and Bryan Tuttle from the Tuttle Company, I knew right away this was the team we were looking for—experienced, seasoned developers in their own right with an eye towards getting things done right, on time and on budget. Our relationship has grown, as has our project. The Tuttle Company has done an outstanding job for us from help with the selection of the site itself to negotiations of the land purchase and sale agreements, selection of the architectural firm, building contractor and all the other associated trades. It was the right decision. They were the right people. We couldn't be happier with the results."
