Harold P. "Skip" Tuttle, Ph.D.
Principal & Broker-in-Charge
Skip completed his undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina, and his MBA and PhD in real estate at Georgia State University. After several years in the private sector, he spent 14 years in higher education administration before starting in 1986 the first exclusively commercial real estate firm in York County, The Tuttle Company. Since that time, the company has grown into the largest full service commercial real estate firm in the Piedmont region of South Carolina, and it offers a variety of services to its clients including Brokerage, Project Management, Property Management, and Consulting. In his 30 years as a resident of Rock Hill, Skip has served the community in a variety of ways including Chairman of the following: Winthrop University Board of Trustees, Rock Hill/ York County Airport Commission, Keystone Substance Abuse Center Board of Directors, and the Piedmont Medical Center Board of Directors. He has also served as a member of the York County 2020 Long Range Planning Steering Committee, the Board of the Rock Hill Chamber of Commerce, and the Joint Venture for Affordable Housing Executive Committee.
W. Bryan Tuttle
Vice President, Senior Broker
Prior to joining The Tuttle Company in 1988, Bryan was Director of Corporate Real Estate Development and Acquisitions for the Marriott Corporation, and had previously spent ten years with Hardee's Food Systems, Inc. as Vice President of Development, with corporate responsibilities for real estate, development, and construction. Bryan is past President of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. He was recognized by the Commercial Board as a Regional Top Producer for the past twelve years, and as one of the top land sales Brokers in the entire Charlotte Region for the last ten years. Bryan has received the “Platinum Circle of Distinction” award from Coldwell Banker Commercial for the last five years recognizing him as being in the top 5% of all national commercial brokers. Bryan is past Chairman of the Board for the Rock Hill Joint Venture for Affordable Housing, is a board member for Rock Hill Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and is active in his church and other community activities. He and his wife Kathy live in Rock Hill and have four grown children and four grandchildren in the area.
Vice President, Senior Broker
Will received a BS in civil engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Winthrop University. As a Lieutenant in the US Army, he was a facilities engineer in Korea. After serving in the army, Will worked in construction management as a registered professional engineer before pursuing a career in real estate. He received his real estate broker's license in 1976 and is a past president of the York County Association of REALTORS. Since joining the Tuttle Company in 1994, he has received the Ten-Year Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS Multi-Million Dollar Club/Deal Makers Award. He also qualified for Coldwell Banker's Circle of Distinction for ten years. Will is the company team leader for industrial properties and also has extensive experience in the leasing and sale of all types of improved commercial real estate and land in SC and NC. He is a lifelong resident of SC, and has lived in the Rock Hill area since 1971. Will was the Charter President of the Greater Rock Hill Sertoma Club and is a past Commander of the Catawba Squadron of the United States Sail and Power Squadrons.
Senior Vice President
Debbie began her commercial real estate career in 1983 specializing in shopping center management, and in 1987 expanded into the retail, office and flex space leasing—procuring many leases throughout Cabarrus, Rowan and Mecklenburg counties. In 2006 she began working in land acquisition, covering North and South Carolina. Debbie joined The Tuttle Company Team in 2007. She has 2 daughters, 3 grandsons, and 1 granddaughter. She and her husband, Mark, live in Ballantyne with their 3 dogs, Maddie, Max and Blake. When not working, Debbie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Vice President of Development/Broker
Wes completed his undergraduate degree at Clemson University where he received a BS in Real Estate Finance. Prior to joining the Tuttle Company as a Senior Project Manager and Broker in 2015, he spent ten years in Charleston, SC. Six of those ten years was spent as a Principal in a commercial real estate development firm with responsibilities for Project Management, Land Acquisition, and Brokerage. He and his wife, Lori, reside in Fort Mill with their daughter, Mallory, and dog, Tiger.
Senior Commercial Agent
As a Senior Commercial Agent, James brings a wealth of construction and real estate expertise to The Tuttle Company table. Having spent more than 22 years in the development, construction, and real estate industries, James is no stranger to hard work. Before joining The Tuttle Company, James started and sold two successful construction companies, and worked in land acquisitions for one of the largest real estate firms in the country. James is also very active in the political field—serving on the Fort Mill Town Council, chairing the Fort Mill Economic Committee, and sitting on the Fort Mill Parks and Recreations Committee. James lives in Fort Mill with his wife and daughter and loves to explore many challenging and exciting hobbies and pastimes.
Chief Financial Officer
Stephani joined The Tuttle Company in September of 2000 as our Receptionist. She currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer where she oversees the daily financial operations of the company.
Vice President of Marketing
Randi has been with the Tuttle Company since February of 2000. She is the Director of Marketing and is responsible for email and printed property flyers. She also maintains the listing databases as well as assisting in contract and lease preparation.
